About
Company Story
Travita Homes was founded by Lynnee Schmidt. Lynnee and her family have been active in Northeastern Wisconsin communities for three decades. She found herself in the area on a swimming scholarship to UW Green Bay, but never left, because she had fallen in love with the variety available in this beautiful and thriving part of the state.
In 2019 Lynnee realized that as a recent empty-nester, the time was right to finally go after the dream of helping people create the right space for life to happen. She moved forward with passion and energy, ready to start the next chapter in her life by taking on new challenges.
A mentor noticed her particular talents and excellent communication skills; he encouraged her to take her career further and obtain licensing as a Luxury Real Estate Agent. This complimented her passion for creative interior design perfectly, but through this valuable process, she discovered that her true calling was interior design.
Lynnee feels honored being part of people’s journey as they move forward in life whether by “Designing Space for Life to Happen” in their own space, or by making a new space their own. She intuitively supports their transition with grace, respect, and professionalism.
